Join UC Health's growing Urology team and play a key role in shaping the future of patient care. We are seeking a Clinical RN Manager who is passionate about developing teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes. This leader will direct and coordinate patient care services, guiding a team of nurses and healthcare professionals while advancing quality, patient satisfaction, and service line growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, staff, and community partners to support exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, accountability, and engagement while serving as a trusted nursing leader and advocate for quality care. Partner with medical staff and academic institutions to advance clinical practice, workforce development, and professional growth opportunities.
Lead initiatives that promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Utilize data and outcome measures to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance patient outcomes and the patient experience. Ensure clinical policies, procedures, and care delivery models reflect current best practices and support a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Oversee the effective management of clinical operations, staffing, resources, and workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care delivery. Serve as a change leader by supporting process improvement initiatives, implementing innovative care models, and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team while cultivating an inclusive and supportive work environment. Provide coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career development opportunities for staff. Empower team members through shared decision-making, recognition, and professional development while promoting nursing excellence and accountability.
Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen through budget oversight, workforce planning, and resource stewardship. Champion nursing professionalism, ethical practice, and lifelong learning while fostering a healthy work environment where patient care remains at the center of all decisions.
Education: BSN; current licensure. Professional certification desired.
Experience: Three to five years of management experience.
