As the Clinical Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team who delivers virtual EAP mental health services for our portfolio of customers. In this full-time remote role, you’ll be responsible for the operational health, clinical quality, and team performance of your assigned programs—ensuring our services are delivered with excellence, consistency, and compassion. You’ll empower your team to provide meaningful care in dynamic environments, applying strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a mindset for innovation. Reporting to the Sr. Clinical Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure impactful, high-quality service delivery that aligns with Spring Health’s mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health.
This is a fully remote position with a required work schedule of Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CEST). The target base salary range for this position is $97,325 - $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
