Your new role

As Clinical Operations Manager based in Israel, you'll provide strategic oversight and line management of clinical operations staff, ensuring high performance, professional development, and operational excellence across clinical trial execution. This role combines people leadership with operational rigor – you'll build team capabilities while driving quality and efficiency across every trial you oversee.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop clinical operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement. Promote collaboration, engagement, and strong team dynamics across studies
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development of clinical operations team members
• Supervise productivity, workload, and performance metrics across clinical operations, and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Trial and Strategic Management, Quality, CROs) to align on resourcing, priorities, timelines, and execution plans, ensuring clear, proactive, and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality clinical trial execution, monitoring, and documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, local regulations, and Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) principles across studies
• Drive a strong culture of quality, compliance, and proactive risk management, and reinforce a continuous inspection-readiness mindset across the team

Your new department

Clinical operations within this area plays a critical role in executing our clinical development strategies with precision and quality. You'll engage with external stakeholders including site staff, and internal teams across local and regional functions. Your leadership ensures that our clinical trials are executed to the highest standards, advancing our pipeline and bringing innovative treatments to patients who need them.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an experienced clinical operations leader who is passionate about developing people and driving excellence in clinical trial execution. You'll bring with you:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Extensive experience in clinical trial operations, including 2+ years as a CRA Manager within a pharmaceutical company or CRO, with a strong hands-on clinical monitoring background across multiple therapeutic areas
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing and optimizing clinical monitoring strategies, ensuring alignment with study objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop CRAs, including training oversight, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Strong people leadership experience, including guiding monitoring teams to consistently achieve quality, timelines, and study delivery objectives
• Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement, embrace change, and support the adoption of agile ways of working and digital tools within clinical monitoring
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading teams through change and uncertainty, fostering resilience and sustained performance under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CRAs, investigators, CROs, and senior management
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, enabling effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making to improve trial execution
• Willingness to travel within Israel (approximately 20–30%) to conduct oversight visits, attend meetings and training sessions
