<br>Responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of clinical departments within the hospital. This role involves coordinating clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing administrative processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>No<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Manage the daily administrative operations of clinical departments, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery. <br>
-Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and enhance patient care. <br>
-Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. <br>
-Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and accountability. <br>
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. <br>
-Monitor clinical documentation practices and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed. <br>
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required and Master's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in healthcare administration or management, with a focus on clinical operations 5-7 years required and Experience in a supervisory or management role 3-5 years required
