
The Manager of Ambulatory Clinical Operations supports the Sr Manager/Director in overseeing the daily administrative and clinical operations of ambulatory care services. This role focuses on ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care across assigned clinics, locations, specialties, service lines. Responsibilities include assisting with operational assessments and improvements, collaborating with clinic staff to achieve quality outcomes, and managing the hiring and evaluation of team members. The Manager also supports quality improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, helps manage budgets and expenses, addresses patient and staff concerns to enhance satisfaction, and assists in the development and implementation of policies.

Work Experience and Additional Information
Four (4) years progressive experience in healthcare setting with at least two (2) of those years in Lead or Supervisory role. Relevant of experience in Lieu of Bachelor's degree.
