Job Description

• Lead and develop high-performing teams in a complex, people-focused environment
• Create a positive, motivating, and accountable culture focused on quality service delivery
• Collaborate with regional leaders to deliver a consistent “one team” approach
• Support and uplift staff capability, performance, and wellbeing
• Manage resources and budgets, ensuring timely reporting and sound decision-making
• Represent MSD professionally in regional initiatives and community engagement
• You may also contribute to local or regional projects and engage with community partners, local government, and other stakeholders to support positive outcomes for whānau.

You are an experienced people leader with a strong understanding of service delivery and operational leadership. You bring sound judgement, clear communication, and the ability to lead through complexity.

• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders

Kai Kōrero Evening Details

We are hosting a Kai Kōrero evening Wednesday 26 August 2026, at the Kirikiriroa Service Centre. During this hui we will share MSD's purpose, vision and values, and provide insight into the role of Manager Client Service Delivery. This is a great opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and connect with our team.
