Job Description

Title: Manager, Client Partnerships

Standard Hours: 40

Primary Location: Office in San Antonio, TX

Reports to: COO Division, Vice President, Member Experience

The Manager of Client Partnerships is instrumental in providing direct support and strengthening the relationship between the client, Student Choice, and its client and vendor partners. This individual demonstrates the ability to identify client needs and expectations, develop and implement strategies to meet those needs and ensure that clients remain satisfied with their experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, polished verbal communication, and a confident, professional presence. The ideal candidate possesses strong follow-through skills, maintains structured processes, and delivers clear, concise information with authority and professionalism. This role also contributes to their team through their effort, positive attitude, and willingness to go beyond requirements.

Responsibilities

·Serve as a liaison between internal teams and partners ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and objectives.

·Manage the implementation and updating of credit union program changes in the loan origination system for all clients with all programs on the CampusDoor platform.

·Plan, organize, and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings, including agenda preparation and management, documentation, and action-item tracking for all clients with all programs on the CampusDoor platform.

·Engage partners with professionalism, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring timely responses.

·Provide partners with clear, concise, and accurate responses based on thorough analysis.

·Track, monitor, and follow-up on deliverables to ensure completion and accountability.

·Maintain structured documentation, records, and communication logs.

·Identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

·Support additional initiatives, special projects, and related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

·Associate’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

·Student lending, financial aid, or credit union experience strongly preferred.

·Experience in business, finance, marketing or economics, preferred.

·Excellent relationship skills to build collaborative partnerships.

·Customer-focused.

·Strategic thinker and problem-solver.

·Clear and articulate communicator with strong personal presence who establishes credibility with internal and external customers.

·Self-motivated and able to track, prioritize, and ensure completion of multiple concurrent tasks.

·Organized, with keen attention to detail and follow-up.

·Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

·Eloquent communication skills with confident, professional delivery.

·Ability to communicate firmly and clearly when necessary.

Work Conditions

•Sitting for extended periods of time.

•Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other devices and objects.

•Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.

•Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with management and clients.
