
Reporting to the Director of Integration Services, the Manager of Pre-CBO Systems & Integration Services is responsible for the direct oversight of a team of A/R Specialists. This role will be critical in the rundown of Pre-CBO patient accounting systems (PAS’) for newly acquired facilities and/or facilities that are moving to CBO services. The Manager of Pre-CBO Systems & Integration Services will be responsible for all aspects of Pre-CBO PAS rundowns/system closures which will include (but may not be limited to) evaluating/analyzing data, formulating plan(s) based analysis, executing plan(s), and then creating and completing a full collectability analysis of the A/R aging within thirty (30) days of CBO access being received. The Manager of Pre-CBO Systems & Integration Services will be responsible for completing all Pre-CBO system rundowns with a goal of six (6) months or less upon go-live with the team. Along with mentoring staff, providing coaching, direction, instruction, guidance, you will be responsible to build team spirit and drive the company culture. This role is responsible for coordinating coverage, implementing new ideas and providing training to new employees or process training for existing employees. The ideal candidate has experience in client operations and collaborating with cross functional teams, has a sense of urgency, drive for success and client results.
