Manager Claims is more than an operational role, it's an opportunity to lead high performing leaders, influence strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. The role sits within our new industry-aligned structure and leads 4- 6 Claim Leaders (direct reports) and their teams, approximately 50- 60 FTE in total. The role is accountable for the performance, capability and outcomes of multiple claims teams within an industry portfolio such as Government, Commercial or Business. Manager Claims reports to a Head of New Claims or Head of Claims (Government, Commercial or Business portfolio).
We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Managers with a strong track record leading leaders in a complex claims environment. You'll be comfortable balancing operational performance with long-term capability building and continuous improvement.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong commercial and analytical thinking, and be confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
