As aManager,Claimsat RXO, you’llbe responsible forcoordinating and conductingroutineto complex investigations in a diversified operation.You’llevaluate security processes, practices, and policies throughout the enterprise to reduce risks, limit exposure, protect customer freight, protect company assets, and limit liability.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Participate in or lead investigative related task forces and/or special projects thatrepresentsignificant loss exposure and/or are highly visible
Provide consultation and guidance to line and senior management on investigative related issues
Identifysignificant issues and control weaknesses and make recommendations to line management to minimize exposure or loss
Prepare reports summarizing investigation findings to provide internal business partners with information needed toassistin making claims decisions
Acting as thecentral pointof contact for customers that request a security professional
Provide cost effective security solutions for business startups and or existing facilities
Provide guidance on homeland security and regulatory compliance initiatives
Create and implement security awareness training modules
Support audit programs and certification processes
Whatyou’llneed toexcel
At a minimum,you’llneed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
5 years of related experience
It’dbe great if you also have:
Ability to become a Professional Certified Investigator
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justiceor a related field
Ability to present organized and thorough information and dataappropriate forintended audience
