Plan, execute, and control commissioning activities related to Boiler Structure, Boiler pressure parts, ESP & its auxiliaries, Boiler Air & Flue Gas Duct, SCR Duct & Reactor, Coal Piping, rotating equipment (APH, Fans, Coal Mills), and Coal Bunker
• Manage commissioning schedule, resources, and materials efficiently
• Verify weekly/monthly MIS (Materials, drawing, process, resources) and ensure safety compliance at the site
• Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Commissioning Methodology, and checklists for erection activities
• Ensure compliance with checklists before commencing erection activities
• Oversee the commissioning of associated system packages in addition to Boiler components
Education Qualification: • B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Certification Required:
• Relevant certifications in Boiler Commissioning are a plus
Experience: • 10-15 years of experience in commissioning of Boiler and its auxiliaries in large Power Projects
