Job Description

Job Summary

Reporting to Deputy Executive Manager and/or Senior Manager, Charities, the job holder will have the primary duty to support the overall planning, development, and implementation of the Life and Health Academic Research Building at the Northern Metropolis University Town. The job holder will also support the development and monitoring of other projects under the "Health" impact programme.

The Job

  • Assists in coordinating the planning and commissioning of the Life and Health Academic Research Building, including tracking progress against timelines, budgets and deliverables, and flagging potential issues for escalation;
  • Provides administrative and coordination support for the establishment and ongoing governance for the Life and Health Academic Research Building;
  • Supports liaison and coordination with Government bureaux/departments, external agencies and internal divisions within the Club, including preparation of submissions and follow-up on information requests to ensure compliance with grant conditions and reporting requirements;
  • Assists in the compilation of progress and relevant data, and supports the preparation of reports and papers for internal review and submission;
  • Conducts research and prepares draft briefing materials, summaries and correspondence, as well as communication and publicity materials regarding the Life and Health Academic Research Building; and
  • Performs any other duties as assigned

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-8 years' relevant experience in project suportm administrative coordination or compliance
  • Experience in dealing/working with government, external agencies, NGOs, education sector and/or professional bodies would be an advantage
  • Strong ability to interface with people with various functions and levels
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge in government policies and insights on community service needs
  • Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills preferred
