The Manager of Central Intake will have responsibility, authority and accountability for all intake functions for Memorial Home Medical Supply customers. The incumbent assures the workflow and care of customers is in accordance with Memorial Home Medical Supply policies, procedures and standards of care. This position provides administrative oversight and coordination with the functions of customer service, medical documentation review, insurance authorization, and other teams that are involved with ensuring all payer requirements are met for sending claims. This role will also have direct oversight of the retail functions for Memorial Home Medical Supply. Coordination of services with physicians, referring hospital and facility discharges and other ambulatory services is imperative.
