The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales funnel and operational metrics, providing regular insights to support business performance
• Identify sales process bottlenecks and operational inconsistencies, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and standardize business reporting frameworks to support strategic analysis and internal performance reviews
• Assist in analyzing business reports and conducting focus group surveys, compile comprehensive reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior management
• Analyze Redistribution (RD) KPIs to generate actionable insights and communicate recommendations to the Sales Team to improve efficiency and drive RD performance

Person Specifications

• MBA / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
• Posses a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales
• Decision making and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, work under pressure
• Demonstrate prior exposure to FMCG sector will be an added advantage
