NBCU Ad Sales Center of Excellence is looking for a Manager who will develop, deliver, promote, and evaluate NBCU Ad Sales systems training programs and tools usage analytics. This role sits at the intersection of technology, training, and business transformation—partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tools are not only implemented effectively, but fully embedded into day-to-day seller workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can translate complex systems, processes, and change initiatives into intuitive, scalable solutions that drive adoption, efficiency, and business impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable training programs across systems such as Salesforce, Highspot, SharePoint, and emerging platforms (e.g., AI tools)
  • Lead development of modern learning experiences (engaging presentations, custom graphics/videos, interactive content experiences, instructional guides for tools/systems, other content resources, and hands-on support models)
  • Reinforce adoption through ongoing engagement models including office hours, team sessions, and targeted follow-ups
  • Provide “white glove” support during major change initiatives (system migrations, workflow updates, platform rollouts)
  • Evaluate and manage third-party sales tools, including vendor relationships, contracts, and investment decisions
  • Partner with Platform Solutions, Sales, Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to shape initiatives from early planning through sustained adoption
  • Establish success measures, assess platform effectiveness, usage, and ROI and continuously refine adoption strategies based on user feedback and business needs
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within existing systems to enhance seller productivity
  • Build strong relationships and credibility across a highly matrixed organization; act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Enterprise functions
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to align on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes impacting the business and translate into easy-to-understand training and learning
  • Strategic thinker who can put an executable plan in place and manage ongoing development
  • Ability to project manage multiple assignments from outline/concept to design to finished product
  • Forward thinker with the ability to foster innovation and creativity, while also maintaining a focus on day-to-day deliverables and workload
  • Convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual and written format
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal clients at various levels, including senior executives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, tech, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or leading CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, or internal platforms
  • Proven experience in training, enablement, change management, or process transformation
  • Experience managing or evaluating third-party vendors, tools, or partnerships
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and learning technologies
  • Experience developing scalable learning solutions (e.g., eLearning, LMS, interactive training)

Hybrid This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 + bonus eligible
