Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of CCFS strategies toestablisha world class organization and supply base that the New Consumer Health Company canleverageto create a competitive advantage
Align category strategies with the company strategy and goals
Deliver financial, ESG, service, and innovation targets
Steward financial policy and responsible supplier and procurement standards
Leverage and maximize fit for purpose procurement process solutions, including theutilizationof world class digital solutions, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources
Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships
Cultivate a culture of diversity,equityand inclusion
Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities
Position Requirements (Consider andidentifyrequirements potential applicants must meet to be considered for the position):
Bachelor’s Degree isrequired, an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of5years of working experience in procurement ora relateddiscipline isrequired
Comprehensive knowledge of CCFS industry isrequired
Demonstrated leadership and deployment of best practices in ESG strategies isrequired
Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills arerequired
Experience inidentifyingand harnessing customer oriented innovative solutions isrequired
Proventrack recorddelivering against a balanced portfolio of key performance indicators (KPIs) isrequired
Ability to influence and understand the diverse needs of stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, EH&S) isrequired
Travel up to 10% domestic & international may berequired
Preferred Requirements/Competencies (Consider andidentifyrequirements/competenciesthat are notrequiredto perform the job, but would bevery helpfultoperformingthe job):

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
