Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive CASA balances and Cash Management (CM) & Trade Finance revenues across segments (Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Enterprise Banking and FIG) through effective product strategies and client solutions.
  • Lead product lifecycle management for all local CM and Trade Finance products (ideation, pricing, launch, enhancement, and sunset).
  • Strengthening the Bank’s value proposition in payments, collections, liquidity management, payroll, e-channels (BizChannel), and selected Trade Finance solutions.
  • Position the Bank as a preferred provider for Payroll, Payments, and Digital Cash Management solutions.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Cash Management and Trade Finance products; monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide guidance to sales, relationship management, and marketing teams on product positioning, pricing, and client pitching.
  • Contribute to new policies, procedures, and best practices within CM, Trade Finance, and the wider Bank.
  • Lead and motivate the product management team to deliver agreed business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Business Units, Operations, IT, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Serve as the main country contact for Cash Management, Trade Finance product and sales matters in Cambodia.
  • Participate in and lead cross-divisional strategic initiatives impacting CM and Trade Finance performance.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Drive penetration and use of electronic banking channels; support training for customers and internal users.
  • Ensure robust MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking to support business decision-making.
  • Develop data mining and analytical tools to identify trends, optimize customer behaviour, and improve product usage and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
  • Oversee system enhancement initiatives, including requirements definition, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Ensure projects are well-governed, tracked, and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Other task/projects as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Economic or IT.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Cash Management products.
  • Experience in product management is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate great propensity to learn as well as adapting to changing situations.
  • Ability to develop mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external parties, and apply innovative end-to-end propositions that will generate significant business opportunities.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in trade finance will be an added advantage.
