Are you a commercially minded transport or logistics leader with experience managing complex carrier networks at scale? Do you thrive where cost optimisation, service delivery and stakeholder management collide, and where your decisions directly impact national supply chain performance?
CHEP is hiring a Manager, Carrier Management – UK & Ireland, a critical role responsible for overseeing our carrier network across the region. You’ll own relationships with 150+ carriers, ensure capacity across all lanes, and drive performance, cost and compliance across a considerable transport spend.
You’ll sit at the heart of our network, partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams, while leading a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver consistent, high-performing transport solutions.
This role blends operational delivery with commercial ownership, offering the opportunity to shape how our transport network performs today and evolves for the future.
