Principal Responsibilities:
The Manager, Credit Cards Portfolio, Retention & Balance Growth will be responsible for driving growth for bank’s credit card portfolio through strategic design and execution of portfolio led action. The incumbent would be responsible to implement prudent strategy for credit limit management. One of the key responsibilities include driving cards instalment sales through efficient targeting and pricing strategies. This role focuses on optimising portfolio profitability through effective balance growth strategies, improving customer retention, and managing portfolio risks across the card lifecycle. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations, and Technology to deliver superior customer outcomes while meeting business and regulatory objectives.
