JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
The Emerging Payments Product Portfolio Manager is responsible for directing and leading product line strategy and business planning activities on services including Credit cards, Debit cards, ATMs, and related businesses to meet the company's strategic objectives. This position is responsible for the development and prioritization of cohesive business strategies, roadmaps, and action plans in coordination with various stakeholders (Digital, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Executive) and technology providers weighing competing factors and objectives using real-world user data, customer feedback, and metrics on assigned products. This leader is expected to ensure the product and service team’s vision is consistently articulated and updated during the product life cycle and coordinate with financial, operational, and forecast planning peers and partners to ensure units meet defined growth, enhancement, and budget objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads and directs the long-term vision and strategy for Emerging Payment’s products and services, regularly communicating this strategy to all relevant participants and stakeholders. Consults regularly with other product management leadership teams, segment leaders, and technology service providers to understand their strategic plan, goals & business issues.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws; Provides guidance and oversight to and is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned team. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; associate compensation; approving expense reports; addressing concerns and resolving problems.
