The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. GSM has leading edge, effective processes to anticipate and exceed customer requirements.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Lead the category strategy, aligned with global sourcing priorities and business growth plans.
• Drive supply assurance through proactive risk management, supplier footprint optimization, capacity planning, dual sourcing, and localization strategies.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and strong total cost of ownership.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to support performance, innovation, capacity, and long-term business continuity.
• Own contract strategy and commercial governance, ensuring effective risk control, compliance, and supply protection.
• Deliver cost reduction, productivity, and value creation initiatives through standardization, design-to-cost, competitive bidding, and global leverage.
• Drive cash and working capital improvement through optimized payment terms and commercial conditions.
• Lead e-sourcing activities, including e-RFQ and e-Auction, to enhance transparency, competitiveness, and sourcing efficiency.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across sourcing, engineering, operations, finance, and project teams.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional and matrix teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in manufacturing – engineering, supply management, or procurement.
  • Experience as a Plant or Corporate Buyer.

• Lean project experience for equipment value engineering to drive cost reduction.
