Join Qualcomm and help build the next generation of talent who is driving breakthrough innovation. We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead Campus Recruiting and manage internship programs across the Americas and EMEA.

This leader will develop and execute regional strategies for interns and university grad hiring with a strong focus on technical and engineering talent. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiting professionals and collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and global Campus TA peers to align priorities, strengthen program delivery, attract and retain impactful early career talent, and provide a high-quality experience across several countries in the Americas and EMEA.

The successful candidate will bring strong people and program leadership, a data-driven approach, technical recruiting knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies aligned with Qualcomm’s workforce plans and business priorities across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Lead the regional internship program, including recruiting strategy, budgeting, program planning, stakeholder alignment, intern experience, and evaluation of program outcomes.
  • Launch new-country internship programs and early-career hiring pipelines (including Mexico), support the evaluation and strategic response to immigration-related impacts, and acquisition integration.
  • Oversee recruiting strategy for interns, IROs, and university graduates, with a focus on technical and engineering talent. Influence the strategy for university engagement, recruiting/ employer branding events.
  • Collaborate with global and regional Campus Talent Acquisition teams to align strategies, processes, program standards, and candidate experiences while accounting for local business, market, university, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators by setting clear expectations, providing actionable feedback, and building capabilities that support current and future business needs.
  • Drive technical recruiting expertise throughout the team.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Campus TA and internship program matters, partnering with business and HR leaders to resolve issues.
  • Communicate clear, timely, and data-informed recommendations to business leaders, HR partners, and recruiting teams. Serve as an escalation point for complex Campus TA and internship program matters.
  • Apply early-career recruiting expertise, market insights, data, and analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and guide program decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 9+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 11+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 9+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership and collaborating across HR in a global matrixed organization.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
  • Experience recruiting engineering or other technical talent within the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Experience leading or supporting high-volume campus recruiting and/or internship programs across multiple countries in the Americas or EMEA.
  • Ability to gather and evaluate data to inform decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset, including experience implementing process, technology, automation, or operational enhancements.
  • Knowledge of regional university markets and early-career recruiting practices.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$144,000.00 - $216,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
