The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) is responsible for all colleague-related benefits and programs globally, including career growth and development, leadership and learning, total rewards and well-being, recruitment, labor relations, colleague servicing, and more. We are seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team to execute E2E Campus processes along with managing the operations aspect of campus. Reporting to the Director - Americas Campus Recruitment, the Campus Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of TAPs and ATAPs supporting 15 Business Units delivering on the recruiting and program strategies. The successful candidate will lead the efforts in Campus operations, talent and engagement, enablement, and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in UK and India.

  • Build and maintain strategic, year-round relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to support campus recruitment initiatives, brand engagement, and hiring goals.
  • In partnership with with Recruitment Marketing, develop and execute innovative campus engagement and employer branding strategies across in-person, virtual, and digital channels to strengthen candidate attraction and awareness.
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end early careers recruitment strategies and execution across assigned business units/markets, serving as a talent acquisition SME and strategic advisor to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Leads a team and provides day-to-day management and direction of strategic initiatives.

  • Leverage data, analytics, and reporting insights to drive recruitment strategy, ensure data integrity and compliance, and measure the effectiveness and impact of talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Educates and influences hiring leaders and stakeholders on recruitment best practice & market trends

  • May lead local, regional and global projects where required.
  • Proven experience in Campus Talent Acquisition, with at least three+ years managing and leading TA or HR teams
  • Experience in new world recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance process efficiencies
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives, while also managing large teams
  • Driving of process optimization and continuous improvement (e.g. onboarding)
  • Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization

  • A passion to coach and develop colleagues
