
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of cabin crew operations to ensure safety, compliance, and outstanding customer service.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee performance management, training, rostering, and resource planning for the Cabin Crew department.
Ensure adherence to company policies, aviation safety rules, and quality standards.
Foster a culture of safety, security, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Proven managerial experience in a Cabin Crew leadership role.
Extensive experience within the aviation industry, preferably in cabin services.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, operational standards, and crew resource management.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
