As a Manager in our Business Travel implementation, engagementmanagementand support team,you’llwork with international clients to manage their global business travel complianceprogrammes

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned clients, working with Managers, Senior Managers and Directors workingonthe clients with you.

• Support the project management of the implementation of our business travel technology.

• Respond to operational queries and escalate issues asappropriate

• Stay updated with the latest versions and features of our business travel offerings.

• Support implementation of client-specific requirements.

• Participate in governance and operational review meetings.

• Coordinate cross-functional updates to client contacts during implementation and business as usual.

• Help manage client service delivery expectations.

• Contribute to service excellence across assigned client engagements.

• Support compliance processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our business travel complianceprogrammes

• Understand the breadth ofVialtoservices andparticipatein business development opportunities.

• Support thefinancial managementof assigned engagements.

Experience:

• 4-5 years of professional experience.

• Experience in managing business travel compliance within an organization or as a professional service for other organizationsbeneficialbut not crucial.

• Experience in global mobility (e.g.global coordination, immigration advisory, tax advisory) is beneficial but not crucial.
