Arthrex is seeking a relationship-focused leader who is passionate about improving manufacturing operations through people, processes, and innovation. As Manager, Business Solutions & Operational Technology, you will serve as a trusted partner to Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Logistics, and other operational teams, leading a group of multi-site business analysts and technical professionals responsible for delivering solutions to enable data driven decisions and capabilities that drive business results. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing operations, engineering, or operational excellence who enjoys building strong partnerships, managing a portfolio of projects, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and translating business challenges into practical solutions. Success requires strong leadership, self-motivation, sound decision-making, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization while helping shape the future of manufacturing operations through process innovation, data & analytics, automation, and technology. This position is based in our Ave Maria, FL location and will work within the Technical Operations Department.
