Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration , information systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, process improvement, or technology-enabled delivery roles within a cross-functional organization
3+ years of consulting or related experience, with experience working in highly ambiguous, complex enterprise environments and a strong understanding of technology‑enabled solutions.
Support the execution of commercial initiatives by translating defined strategies and priorities into structured business requirements, processes, and solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver repeatable, technology-enabled capabilities that improve day-to-day commercial execution and operational effectiveness.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Translates established commercial priorities into clear, structured business requirements that support cross-functional delivery.
Supports the design and implementation of repeatable processes and technology-enabled solutions aligned to defined commercial strategies
Partners with business, product, technology, and customer-facing teams to coordinate delivery activities and address day-to-day dependencies.
Contributes to quarterly and annual commercial planning through initiative documentation, analysis, and sequencing support.
Analyzes sales, customer, and operational data to generate insights that inform recommendations and delivery decisions.
Supports technology roadmap activities by documenting requirements, validating assumptions, and contributing to backlog refinement
Tracks initiative progress, adoption, and outcomes; identifies risks and supports continuous improvement efforts.
Mentors and coaches team members through day-to-day work, helping develop analytical, problem-solving, and delivery skills.
