The Role

As a Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day‑to‑day success of the firm, including:

• Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax
• Providing tax planning and advisory support
• Building trusted relationships with a diverse client base
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Working alongside Partners on client matters

About You

• 6+ years’ experience within a Chartered Accounting practice
• CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
• Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero and Quickbooks
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
• An interest in mentoring and developing others
• A steady, thoughtful approach to your career progression
