Job Description

In this role, you'll:

  • You will lead business process architecture, identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities to deliver enterprise-wide operational efficiencies across NSW Motorways.

  • You will drive the design, optimisation and governance of business processes in a complex transformation environment involving diverse stakeholders.

  • You will mentor a team of analysts to grow business process capability and foster independent thought to come up with innovative approaches to problem solving to meet project objectives.

  • You will build and be responsible to maintain an enterprise process library to support consistent business, customer and community outcomes.

About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience in business process architecture, process design and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.

  • You’re recognised as a collaborative leader, skilled at mentoring and coaching teams and stakeholders to navigate change and achieve outcomes.

  • You bring experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable organisational improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
