- System Stewardship: Maintain and improve the DRS carbon management system and processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit-ready records.

- SWP Performance Tracking: Design and implement a system and process to track SWP initiatives with expected benefits, timelines, and responsible owners, ensuring outcomes are visible and actionable.

- Benefits Realization: Partner with DRS functions to measure real-world implementation and quantify actual benefits versus plan, driving course corrections where needed.

- Process Automation and Innovation: Identify and deliver automation opportunities that streamline repetitive steps, reduce cycle time, and improve data quality.

- Training and Enablement: Develop and implement clear, engaging training materials to embed new processes and knowledge at scale.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships across functions, balancing urgency with service, and ensuring leaders have the insights they need to act.
