KeyResponsibilities
Design, build, andmaintaininteractivePower BI dashboards andreportsthatmonitorcriticalOTC performancemetricsacrossorder management, returns,chargebacks,credits, and customercomplaints
Translatebusinessneedsintoscalabledata solutionsusingSAP ERP,Salesforceandotherenterprisesystems.
Partnerwithglobal GCX, Supply Chain, and DTIteamstoensuredataaccuracy,standardization, andeffectivereportingfor key business processes.
Leaddevelopmentofnewmetricsandreportingframeworks tomeasureoperationaleffectiveness, customerexperience, and digitaladoptiontrends.
Provideanalyticssupport for strategicinitiativessuchasprocessautomation, systemintegration, andcontinuousimprovementprojects
Drive insightsoncustomerbehaviorandpainpointsbyintegratingmultipledatasetsandcollaboratingwiththe Customer Journey, Service Delivery, and Productteams
Establishgovernancearounddashboard design, datasources, andreportingstandards toensureconsistencyandalignmentwithenterpriseobjectives
Delivertraining,documentation, and self-service tools toenhanceanalyticscapabilitiesacrossthe GCX team and businesspartners
Identifyautomationopportunitiesandinfluencetechnologyenhancementsto improve data accessibility andreducemanualreportingeffort
Provideproactiveanalysisandearly-warningindicatorsto supportoperationalriskmitigationand businesscontinuityplanning
BasicQualifications
Bachelor'sdegreein Business,Analytics, Computer Science,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
8+yearsofexperienceinanalytics, data management,orbusinessintelligenceroleswithinpharma,biotech,orhealthcare.
ProvenexperiencewithSAP ERP,Salesforce, andanalyticsplatformslike Power BI and Tableau.
