Manager - Business Performance and Strategy

Roles & Responsibility

• The Manager is responsible for reviewing the staffing, performance, and margins on various ongoing project across all departments and present to the management.
• Demonstrate up to date expertise by creating and presenting the gap or variance analysis report, staffing gap, utilization vs actual etc. across all function and compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
• Strong MIS and FP&A skills and able to develop excel models as per the requirement from management to review company’s performance from different lenses and process analysis for smooth operations of business.
• Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas) and familiarity with finance and HR databases and ability to present data using detailed reports and charts
• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills

• MBA in Finance & Strategy from premiere institutes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is must and strong power point skills

• 8-10 years of experience in handling the overall department/division
