In this role, you'll:
Lead the delivery of high‑quality business performance reporting and insights across the Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC) division, ensuring executives and senior leaders have accurate, timely and actionable information to support decision‑making.
You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of performance frameworks, dashboards, reporting tools and processes that enhance transparency, governance and portfolio performance.
Working closely with stakeholders across the division, you will translate complex data and analysis into clear insights and evidence‑based recommendations that inform strategic priorities, risk management and continuous improvement. You will also identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities, streamline reporting processes, improve data integration, and embed innovative approaches to strengthen performance management, while leading and supporting teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

About you
You are an experienced business performance or analytics leader with a strong track record operating in complex, multi‑project environments. You bring deep expertise in performance reporting, governance frameworks and analytics, and are confident translating data into strategic insights that influence senior decision‑makers.
You are a strong people leader who builds capability, fosters collaboration and drives a culture of delivery excellence. With highly developed stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, you navigate competing priorities and expectations while maintaining integrity and focus on outcomes. You are comfortable operating with autonomy, balancing strategic and operational demands, and driving continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will hold appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrate equivalent relevant professional experience, and be motivated to lead impactful performance reporting and insight for Transport for NSW.
