ABOUT THE JOB
As a Manager, Business Partnering Operations, you'll e nable scalable, efficient, and standardised HR delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on process excellence, operational consistency, and scalable HR program execution to support growth.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Process Excellence:
Drive continuous improvement and streamline HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Colleague Services, Talent Learning & Culture teams
Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined, scalable solutions
2. Standardisation: Establish consistent, end-to-end HR lifecycle processes across the business units
3. Scalable Delivery:
Own and deliver core HR programs (e.g. performance cycles, talent reviews, engagement) at scale
Ensure operational readiness and sustainability of HR programs
4. Employee Lifecycle Operations:
Oversee onboarding, engagement pulse activities, and key HR checkpoints
Ensure effective execution of performance management (PIP, EOY) and policy implementation
5. Employee Relations (ER) & Compliance
Support ER and misconduct processes with consistency and rigour
Ensure compliance with policy, governance and reporting
6. Reporting & Insights:
Deliver regular HR reporting (monthly metrics)
Provide operational data to inform decision-making
7. P&C Integration: Enable seamless collaboration across CoEs and Business Partnering teams
8. Team Leading
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Working experience in tech environment (preferred)
Team leading experience
Operational & Delivery Expertise:
+ Strong track record in driving operational excellence at scale
+ Experience in standardising processes across multiple business units
+ Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex delivery environments
Stakeholder & Collaboration Experience:
+ Experience working across HR, CoEs and business teams
+ Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver integrated outcomes
+ Exposure to matrix organisations preferred
Data & Systems Experience:
+ Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, reporting tools)
+ Strong capability in HR reporting, metrics, and data-driven operations
+ Ability to translate data into operational insights
Governance & Compliance:
+ Experience managing HR processes with strong compliance and control requirements
+ Familiarity with policy implementation and audit readiness.
