Job Title:

MANAGER, BUSINESS OPS SUPPORTManager – AI & Automation Development

• Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions, from requirements intake through deployment and post‑release optimization.
• Oversee the design and implementation of:
  • AI/ML solutions (predictive models, NLP, GenAI use cases)
  • Intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, decision engines)
  • AI‑enabled tools integrated into enterprise platforms (e.g., Teams, web apps, internal systems)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and production‑ready
• Drive reuse of frameworks, components, and standards to accelerate delivery.
