Job Title:

Manager, Business Intelligence & InsightsThe Business Intelligence & Insights Manager is responsible for driving data-led decision-making across the organization. This role oversees the design and delivery of analytics, dashboards, and business insights to support strategic and operational goals. The manager will lead and develop a team of analysts to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and continuous improvement in business performance.

Develop and execute the BI & Insights strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and translate them into data-driven solutions.
•
Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI Analysts and set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.

Design and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards to track business performance. Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to understand analytical needs. Present key findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.

Act as the bridge between technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
•
Oversee the implementation and optimization of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, DOMO, Power BI. Stay updated on emerging analytics technologies and methodologies.
