Position Purpose: The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems and accreditation processes within the organization. This role ensures that all quality standards and regulatory requirements are met, promoting excellence in client care and organizational performance. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensures compliance with accreditation bodies and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health related field, Social Service, or Business
•Must possess NiaTX, Lean Six Sigma, or other change management certification
•Extensive experience working in quality/performance improvement
•Working knowledge of The Joint Commission, DASA/SUPR, DMH, DHS, and/or other regulatorystandards
•Must have experience and knowledge of the Joint Commission Survey process
•Proven track record of supervisory experience and leading a team of professionals
•Experience in training, adult learning, or education
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Self-starter with ability to work independently
•Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record software, as well as Microsoft Office Products,particularly Excel
•Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
Essential Responsibilities:
1.Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
2.Provide direct supervision of coordinator and specialist positions within the department.
3.Implement established Performance Improvement policies and procedures at Rosecrance.
4.Assist in coordinating all Performance Improvement activities at Rosecrance.
5.Coordinate compilation of data, preparation of summary reports and analyzing the same to determinetrends, patterns of care or problems affecting one or more departments, services or programs.
6.Maintain department, services, and program records on pertinent Performance Improvement activitiesand their effect on patient care for Rosecrance.
7.Function as a resource for the preparation of department, service, and program key indicators andevaluation thresholds and other Performance Improvement related information.
8.Conduct staff development training appropriate to educate professional and support staff regardingPerformance Improvement procedures and activities.
9.Coordinate Professional Service Committee activities relating to agenda items, unresolved problems,opportunities to improve patient care, and maintaining meeting minutes and records.
10.Prepare quarterly and annual Performance Improvement Evaluation Reports, external agency reportsand other reports as assigned.
11.Attend relevant performance improvement committees.
12.Create and distribute weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports reflecting areas forimprovement and quality related topics.
