About this role

This role is part of the SIOP and Material Management transformation team in charge to provide analytics and digital solution to support the deployment of the SIOP and MM processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical and data visualization skillset with high attention to detail and a solid understanding of business operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and deployment of automated tools and dashboards required to effectively manage the SIOP and Material Management processes,
• In collaboration with the business units, consolidate KPIs and provide analytics,
• Ensure governance is in place to provide timely update of KPIs, scorecards,
• Leverage Kinaxis and LeanDNA analytics to identify opportunities such as inventory reduction, master data accuracy, what-if scenario,
• Collaborate with Kinaxis and LeanDNA team to develop analytics, dashboards as required,
• Analyze, manipulate, and manage data to deliver meaningful insights necessary to help internal teams at WHQ and across multiple BUs to address business challenges
• Blend data from a variety of data sources including but not limited to ERP, Databases, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
• Use data visualization to turn sophisticated data into simple and easy to understand narratives for senior business leaders,
• Examples of analytics include (but are not limited to):
• Master data dashboard,
• SIOP and MM scorecards digitalization,
• Material planning and analysis
• Coordinate BUs KPIs consolidation,
• Develop tools to improve and standardize processes related to SIOP and Material management,

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in data analytics
• 5+ years developing data analytics in Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in data analytics, data visualization, and data management - using tools such as Snowflake, R, Python, SQL to synthesize findings from multiple sources
• Strong written and non-technical team oral communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business team members
• Working knowledge of statistical data modeling, and creating dashboards, scorecards, and other data-driven deliverables
• Expertise in Power BI or Tableau, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Microsoft products such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and, PowerQuery
• Excels at building relationships and big-picture thinking, strong problem solving
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP is a plus
• Experience with Kinaxis and LeanDNA is a plus
• Prior experience in manufacturing, operations, materials management preferred
