This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deploy Self-service BI scalable, persona-based dashboard reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Understand and execute on Business Stakeholders’ requirements to execute on designing dashboards and reports to meet the Business need.
• Partner with business leaders to educate and train end-users on Self-Service of data needs via Dashboards.
• Promote best practices in design and formula structure across the firm’s existing and future dashboards.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and exploratory analysis to uncover data anomalies and inconsistencies; escalate and partner with stakeholders to help resolve issues improving Dashboard data quality.
• Interface with IT and Datawarehouse Owners to validate data quality and promote improvements to existing data management practices.
• Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.
• Monitor report usage and performance, optimizing query speed, efficiency, and usability.
• Support, improve, and enforce data governance and reporting standards.
• Contribute to documentation, training, and user enablement, helping non-technical stakeholders interpret dashboards and leverage insights effectively.
• Promote continuous improvement through training, process optimization, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data patterns, validate accuracy, and connect metrics to business value.
• Experience with performance optimization (query tuning, aggregation strategies, caching).
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for dashboard prototyping, query optimization, and analysis acceleration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and KPIs.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100, PL-300) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database)
