Job Description

Responsibility:

To increase and fortify the presence of RHB Bank in Vientiane by leading business to increase client base by offering banking solutions to the Retail and SME clientele.
Cultivate winning team by providing continuous coaching, guiding and leading by example. To identify and develop negotiation, sales and credit training programs to upskill existing team members.
Supervising and ensure proper and smooth running of the business activities including reviewing and streamlining the business and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Consistently identify and acquire new-to-bank business opportunities from the Retail to SME / Commercial space to achieve the country’s annual budget which is well within the bank’s risk appetite.
To be able to guide the team to review and forge strong relationship and increase the stickiness of existing-to-bank customers by increasing the wallet share of RHB Bank.
To chair daily / weekly / monthly sales meeting to track and ensure that the business team is efficiently delivering the sales results as per the Bank’s directions.
Placing eyes and ears within the business community and gather market information or to perform competitor analysis in order to update the management team / credit management constructive ideas to be ahead of competitors.
Plan, formulate and implement innovative marketing / business strategies, and deliver results through tactical implementation to ensure profitability in the business
Develop and launch new products & services and supervise product implementation and marketing activities.
To identify and participate in synergistic promotional activities.
