Reporting to the Director, Business Diversification, the Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing IHS’ strategic growth agenda. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial business development professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and turning ideas into bottom line realized revenue.
You will work across healthcare, disability management, rehabilitation, employer services, mental health, and emerging healthcare sectors to identify opportunities for growth, develop innovative solutions, and bring new business from concept to implementation. You'll collaborate closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new programs and services.
Success in this role requires strategic thinking, curiosity, relationship-building expertise, and a genuine passion for creating value through healthcare innovation and achieving results.
