Who is your future team?
Operations is the backbone of Axis, driving our global supply chain, sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing to meet customer demands throughout the entire product lifecycle. Within Operations, Global Supply Chain organization plays a vital role, and that's where you'll find the Reverse Supply Chain (RSC) function.
The Reverse Supply Chain team is committed to ensuring timely delivery of repairs and replacement units to our customers in the after-market. The involvement will stretch from concept review to end-of support. The responsibilities include developing efficient repair solutions, strategically sourcing and planning spare parts inventory, and managing a global network of external RMA (Return Material Authorization) service partners.
As the Manager Business Development & Analytics, you will lead a newly created team of 6 senior professionals, in areas covering Planning, Process Development, Strategic Purchase and Data Analytics. In collaboration with the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy and direction of Axis' global Reverse Supply Chain.

The Business Development & Analytics team supports the organization with business insights, performance analysis, and development initiatives to drive efficiency, growth, and informed decision making. You will be a driving force behind our commitment to customer support and satisfaction.
