Job Responsibilities

• Own Klook’s Thailand airport transfer & private charter supply business performance. Continuously optimize pricing competitiveness, fleet availability, inventory health and supplier service quality through data metrics.
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with local Thai charter/transfer suppliers. Resolve operational issues timely, deliver localized solutions, and improve user experience and supplier efficiency.
• Source, negotiate and onboard high-quality local suppliers per market and seasonal demands. Standardize supplier products and services to ensure strong market competitiveness.
• Monitor Thailand travel & mobility market and competitor dynamics, and convert market insights into effective supply growth and optimization strategies.
• Prepare regular business reviews and work plans, align internal teams and external suppliers to drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Business Development, supplier management or e-commerce. Proven ability to develop supplier pipelines via cold outreach and close new partnerships.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation & stakeholder management skills. Relevant experience in Thailand private charter, airport transfer or travel mobility industry is highly preferred.
• Quick learner with good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills; capable of solving ambiguous business and operational problems.
• Thai Language: Native or professional working proficiency, able to independently conduct supplier visits, negotiations, onboarding and formal written communication in Thai.
• English Language: Proficient in spoken and written English for daily business. Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Data-driven mindset with basic data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and presentation tools for business reporting and insight output.
