Business Analyst - Asset Servicing is responsible for the accurate and timely processing a range of different corporate event types across multiple markets. The department interfaces directly with the local market entities including depositary, counterparts and regulators as well as other Citi lines of business, internal and external clients. The Citi Asset Servicing department is a varied, fast paced, challenging & enjoyable place to work which has something for everyone.
The team is the initial contact point for operational & Product development requests and business analysis. The team produces/reviews BRDs (Business Requirements Document) & FRDs (Functional Requirements Document), manages UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinates implementation of new developments.
The successful candidate will be required to have a strong and detailed understanding of end-to-end operations and act as a client advocate. You will be required to interface with internal stakeholders at a senior level, acting as escalation point as well as a strategic business partner.
