Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts to support Real Estate projects and initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the Real Estate sector
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic planning
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance against KPIs and business objectives
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiency within the Real Estate division
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis
  • Proven track record in the Real Estate industry
  • Demonstrated experience in market analysis and financial modeling
