Roll out the road map for Business Excellence and Operational Excellence at GGIAL. Manage the training and implementation of 5S initiatives, develop internal 5S culture building. Deploy Knowledge Management initiatives at GGIAL, aligning to the overall group strategy. Conduct sessions on six sigma, business excellence and 5S and ensure acceptance of the business excellence framework in the organization.

Suitable Post Graduate degree/ in Business Administration/ MBA in Aviation Management
Min. 12-15 years of Experience with Six sigma and other transformation initiatives, 5S and Kaizen trained.
Hands-On-Experience in handling Business Excellence framework – both implementation and assessment.
Goan Candidates OR Candidates having working experience in Goa will be an added advantage.
