Job Description


  • Develop

    and execute

    marketing

    strategies
    to attract

    gaming

    customers (mass,

    premium,

    and

    VIP

    segments)
    to the property.

  • Strategise

    and

    implement

    campaigns

    aimed

    at

    non-carded

    (non-member)

    audiences

    to

    drive

    visitation

    to

    the
    gaming floor.

  • Develop compelling brand messaging, promotions,
    and property experiences that entice trial and first-time

    play.

  • Coordinate

    with

    events,

    digital,

    OOH,

    and

    PR

    to

    create

    noise

    and

    visibility

    among

    prospective

    gaming

    customers.

  • Design

    conversion

    strategies

    and

    “moments”

    that

    encourage

    sign-up

    to

    Solaire

    Rewards

    (e.g.

    welcome offers, trial
    plays, experiential activations) working in conjunction with Casino Marketing.

  • Track conversion funnel from awareness to
    visitation to sign-up, ensuring each stage is well supported and

    optimised.

  • Lead

    branding,

    marketing,

    and

    communication

    efforts

    for

    new

    gaming

    products

    (slots,

    tables,

    ETGs,

    themed
    zones, etc.)

  • Ensure

    new

    product

    launches are

    backed by clear

    value propositions, strong visuals, and
    tactical support to drive curiosity and traffics. Partner

    with

    Gaming

    Ops

    to

    shape

    customer-facing

    product

    experiences.

  • Develop

    campaigns

    to

    attract

    regional

    high-potential

    markets

    (e.g.

    Korea,

    Taiwan,

    Malaysia,
    Singapore, Vietnam) to the property.

  • Coordinate

    with

    regional

    travel agencies

    and

    partners to

    build

    presence

    and

    create

    interest

    before

    the customer steps into
    the property.

    Tailor

    messaging

    and

    incentives

    to

    market-specific

    behaviours in

    collaboration

    with
    Casino

    Marketing

  • Work

    closely

    with

    Digital,

    Marketing

    Services, PR

    and

    Events

    to

    maximise

    impact

    of

    acquisition

    campaigns.

  • Use data

    analytics
    to profile potential

    customers and
    identify high-opportunity segments

    (lookalikes
    and propensity modeling).

  • Measure

    the

    effectiveness

    of

    campaigns

    through

    visitation,

    sign-up

    rates,

    and

    cost-per-

    acquisition.


  • Optimise

    strategies

    based

    on

    performance

    and

    market

    response.
