As a Business Intelligence Manager within the Client Analytics group, you will lead people and projects while contributing to the evolution of our data and analytics capabilities. You will play a key role in the management and governance of Client information assets (AMTB) and act as a leader for the Client data domain within the organization’s Modernization program. You will be responsible for developing your team in alignment with the BI strategic workforce plan, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions that meet business needs on time and within scope and budget.
Salary information
Expected salary/hourly range $104,717.00 to $174,529.00 CAD
Salary placement
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Incentive/Variable pay
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
