The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal clients.

Job Duties:

• Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements and coming out with a relevant solution construct for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives
• Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes
• Communicate data architecture to development teams
• Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met – wireframing, prototyping, etc.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards
• Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
• Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements
• Work with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholders
• Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality
• Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in a BI consulting or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in an enterprise or consulting role
• Must have experience in setting up processes(data governance, Analytics, platform access, license management related)
• Experience with PowerBI is a must
• Knowledge of other Business intelligence and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is highly desired
• Experience or familiarity with the CPG/retail industry is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
