In this critical role, you will lead Benefits Operations for the US & Puerto Rico, ensuring high-quality, compliantandemployee-focused delivery of benefits programs. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, vendor performanceandcontinuous improvement across a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Operations & Delivery
Lead end-to-end benefits operations for US & Puerto Rico, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent employee experience
Manage governance metrics, including SLAs, KPIsandcompliance standards
Act as a primary escalation point forteam managingbenefits-related issues across employees and stakeholders
Program Management & Strategy
Evaluate and improve benefits programs to ensure alignment with market trends, regulatory requirementsand global strategy
Lead annual renewals, vendor transitionsandnew program implementations
Support enterprise initiatives such as global rollouts, mergers & acquisitionsandtransformation programs
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with external vendors, brokersandservice providers to ensure strong performance and accountability
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Occupational Health, Staff Relation andHRteams
Support governance discussions and incorporate employee feedback to enhance& regulatebenefits programs
Operational Excellence & Transformation
Drive process improvements through automation, standardizationandcontinuous improvement initiatives
Leverage data and dashboards to enable insights, reportingandinformed decision-making
Support the adoption of benefits technologies and scalable operational processes
People Leadership
Lead and developtheteam of benefits professionals, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture
Build team capabilities in benefits administration, systemsandtransformation initiatives
Promote accountability, collaborationandcontinuous development
What We Expect of You
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Should have 8+ years of experience managing employee benefits operations in large or mid-sized organizations
Proven experience leading and developing teams
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of the US benefits landscape, including health,wellbeing,retirement, LOA andinsurance programs
Experience working with global organizations or within matrixed environments
Hands-on experience with benefits and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Alight…etc)
Strong stakeholder management and vendor management experience
